As for Star Council, the requirements for NEW COUNCIL’s they are: Do 4 activities in ALL 5 categories, recruit 5 additional men over their initial roster and add 3 new Insurance men after the Institution. if they meet these, they qualify for Star Council, if the recruit 10 new men, they and do the Insurance and programs, they actuallly qualify for Double Star. however Supreme gives them until June 30th to do 4 programs in 5 areas. The Surge W/Service rquires 3 Programs in 5 areas in 9 months. I would say the Surge W/ Service Award would be a Program Director & State Deputy Call!!
I have CC’d all of the DD’s involved with new council’s this year so they all know the Star Council requirements. Obviously, Vernon & Jimmy’s council have already instituted, but Sam & Larry’s Council are yet to Institute. Sam’s will Institute on April 6th, and Larry’s council is yet to be decided.
